Letter of Complaint

To whom it may concern,
I am writing to complain about the nasty behaviour of the sale assistant and the rude treatment that I received from the manager in Bolton Bookshop yesterday morning.
Concerning the sale assistant, who was in the warehouse for almost 20 minutes, her behaviour was not only completely unsuitable, but also disrespectful. Additionally, a huge queue was formed by the customers who were waiting there begging for receiving some advice.
Furthermore, after being stood up standing for 30 minutes, I was also said to leave the bookshop when I made a polite and understandable complaint to the manager, who was watching his favourite series behind the counter while having a snack at the same time. There were was no one to provide us with information and help. What a disgusting situation!
I am not willing to put up with these rude words any more, and I would like to arrange an appointment with the owner of the franchise as soon as possible.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully.
J.R.
